Making sure your High Street location in Portsmouth VA is fully staff is crucial to Enterprise and its patrons. Alexis was the ONLY one there to handle ALL duties and she did an excellent job. When I returned the car, she told me that she couldn't leave for obvious reasons. She offered to give me a ride home after she clocked out. I told her no because that wasn't fair to her. I couldn't reach anyone to give me a ride home so I walked in 98° (heat index 100°) weather. I am 62 yrs old with health issues. I am extremely disappointed in the upper level management of this Enterprise.
Money is the same no matter the demographic! My community should never ever be slighted because of its population!
This is the worst car place to go to. They do not care about their customers got a car from them realize the car was painted after having it for a week it started to peeling call them to fix it and tell them the car was painted inside they have, someone come and fix it later it started to do it again call them back and they said there’s nothing we can do about it. I told him is there anyway that I could train my car they said no said I am paying a lot of money for a car that’s painted inside And peeling so now I am stuck with a car and a big car payment that the paint inside is peeling all over the place do not recommend this car dealership to anyone anyone else have this problem please let me know enterprise car sales Lebanon pa

one of the worst companys i've ever had to deal with. had a reservation for an insurance claim at the havana location in Denver. upon trying to retrieve the vehicle the associate called to inform me they gave away my vehicle. they reset my reservation for another 3 days out (because they're ALWAYS short in vehicles) obviously this was a major inconvenience. i tried to escalate the issue to management and corporate and the first 2 associates i spoke to in escalations refused to escalate the issue i had to management, basically telling me even a manager can't help me 😐 the associates in their escalation department were all rude and one tried to hang up on me. i tried to speak to their own supervisor, to resolve the separate issue i had with them (escalations), and apparently they don't even have a direct manager. so you can't speak to a manager directly, they'll "put in a request" and there's a possibility they'll reach back out, no guarantee. which allows the customer service and escalations department to basically talk to you, treat you however they want with no repercussions. this company handles issues so very poorly, you must have A LOT of patience. i was basically inconvenienced due to their lack of communication and inconsistent information, with no help from anyone. would not recommend ever.
and after reading some of their other reviews this clearly happens A LOT. very weird that they don't have managers accessible??? like idk how you'd think that'd make good business.
I was supposed to have a car available for an insurance claim through Erie Insurance and be picked up at Caliber Collision (Cleveland Oh area). The person from Enterprise was over 20 minutes late, so I had to Uber to work for a meeting as there was no way to get back to Enterprise and then to work in time via the late Enterprise pick up.
I called Enterprise later that day and asked them to have the rental pick up move to my community - North Olmsted. "No Problem", the representative said. The next day upon arrival ... guess what ... NO CAR available. Asked the gentleman (should get names) to have one available the following day and he started to work on that. Confirmed my phone number with him and, so as to not to inconvenience my ride, left to get home (fortunately my ride was smart enough not to trust Enterprise).
Following day (day 3 without wheels) no one had called at noon, so I called. Evidently as soon as I left the employee took a smoke break and did not finish the process of securing a rental. NO CAR available for me to rent. At least not for the reduced insurance coverage rates.
I called the 800 number to secure a car as a non-insurance customer and they said there was a car available at North Olmsted the same day (sedan - no Cadillac or SUV - just a normal car). At this point, I plan to change insurance companies as well as NEVER deal with Enterprise again.
All I can say about this experience is - it Hertz (pun intended)
Carlsbad New Mexico. Mrs Fernanda goes above and beyond for my wife and I. She definitely represents the company well. Awesome work ethic with a professional attitude. The rest of the staff is great too. Keep up the good work!

This company is a disgrace.
Bought a 2020 Cadillac XT5, paid $1450 for shipping, $600 on a rental while waiting, put $11750 down, car showed ou, SMELLED OF CIGARETTES, CHIPPED WINDSHIELD, MISMATCHED TIRES, missing rear cargo dividers, floor mats, 700 extra miles on odo, dents, scuffs and scratches. Not a peep back from enterprise
